Being first time home buyers, especially in today’s market, was a bit overwhelming. We started our search using online resources, but when the time came to start making offers we realized the value of working with a professional. We met Sara at an open house and she quickly became integral to our search for a new home. She was the first agent we met who offered to set us up with daily updates of all properties in the areas and price ranges we were interested in. We very much appreciated Sara’s approach to sales, she was not pushy and focused on being a resource for us to use at our own pace. Sara was very quick to respond to all of our questions, as well as setting up appointments to see properties when our schedules permitted (nights/weekends). Sara and her partners have a refreshing approach to sales. We always felt in control of the home buying process, while being guided through the important decisions and always having the final say. We never felt pressured to make decisions or rearrange our priorities during our search. Additionally, Sara offered valuable opinions on the local market and comparisons of certain locations and properties. We are very happy with the service and the outcome of working with Sara. Given the opportunity we wouldn’t think twice to work with Sara again.
