When you mention that you are looking to buy a home, absolutely EVERYONE can recommend you a real estate agent. Though, not every recommendation is necessarily a good match for you. We got really lucky as Sara was our first recommendation and she was just perfect for us. She understood exactly what we were looking for (budget, type/size/locations of the home) and was very determined in helping us find the perfect home. She is VERY responsive when you call, text or email. The paperwork in home purchasing is always chaotic, especially when the sellers are difficult. She handled the process like a champ! We didn’t have to worry much about anything. We just expressed our concerns and she would relay the message and solve the issues, whenever possible. Our purchase process was a breeze, compared to all the horror stories that we are sure you’ve heard before. So, if you are looking for an agent that actually cares about her client and her job, in that order, you’ve found the right person! Two thumbs up for Sara!
