Sara helped my husband and I purchase a home in 2019. We were so pleased with her help as buyers that we asked her to list our home in 2021. She is a MASTER coordinator–she found and scheduled contractors to do some much-needed repairs to prepare the home for sale. She also coordinated the staging. Sara is also an excellent communicator–she responds to text and email right away and even let us know in advance when she would be out of contact for a few hours. Our time is really limited and I appreciated that she never made us have a phone conversation that could be handled on text or email. She has a calm, no-nonsense attitude and says it like it is. Sara brought in a cash buyer in a very short period of time, which was a huge relief because our life was chaotic with a small baby. Definitely recommend.
