Sara made a good impression on me as soon as I met her in the process of buying our first house in the Los Angeles area.  She has a lot of experience with the real estate market here, and was able to help us strategize a good offer-price, so that there would be no counter offers or bidding wars.  She is also really competent, fast and efficient and gets things done quickly (like when dealing with the various contingencies on time and negotiating with the stubborn sellers etc.).  Sara is also really nice and personable, and I continue to seek out her advice about home-related things even after the closing.  Overall, Sara really held our hands and made our first home-buying less stressful and more pleasant.  I would definitely go back to her if I ever wanted to buy or sell real estate again.
