Demsky Realty was recommended to us by a coworker. Being as I am very research inclined we still met with a couple realtors so we could compare and have choices. While we liked all of them personally, Sara gave off the most “no nonsense” type of persona. We figured this is the best type of personality to have in your corner when either selling or buying. While personable, she is extremely competent and capable. Very much on the ball and available to you whenever and for whatever. She is extremely organized and would get back to our texts and emails almost immediately, no matter what day or time. We found a cute place that fit all our needs and she arranged with the selling realtor to not take any counter offers (despite many prospective interested buyers) if we came in at asking price. It worked and overall the process for buying our first home went incredibly smooth. We also know for a fact that she sells many places OVER asking price. She will get you the best deal and work above and beyond. She is nice but all business when it comes to her craft so we definitely recommend her. Thanks, Sara!
