Your helping me understand the differences between R-1, R-1.5 and R-2 was just one example of your thorough knowledge of everything about real estate. (I was amused when I told you I was learning a lot and the seller’s agent chimed in and said she was as well.) The tactful way you asked questions and never directly said anything negative about a property but still managed to give us a complete picture of the positives and negatives on each property was extremely valuable to us.
