I must say Sara Demsky is the perfect realtor. After both BUYING and SELLING a home with her I couldn’t recommend her more. She was always available to answer questions or discuss any detail big or small. I felt like she got me top dollar on the home I sold and was extremely helpful during the negotiation process on both the home I sold and the home I bought with her. It makes a huge difference to have a realtor who cares enough to go the extra mile in terms of signage, mailers, websites and most of all professional pictures that really sell the place, and she provided all of that. But most of all Sara really cares about her clients. She’s not a realtor that will push you into a bad or mediocre deal just so she can get a commission. She’s very knowledgeable about contractors and inspections so she can help you figure out the really important things to consider when buying a home.
