This was my first home purchase and Sara was able to answer the many questions I’ve had. She suggested that I do a sewer inspection. Fortunately, I followed her advice. The inspection paid for itself as we discovered that the sewer needed work.  She negotiated with the seller and for the sewer and other repairs, I received a several thousand dollar credit.
